About Us

McCain Consulting has been providing engineering, land planning, and permitting services for 20 years.  Our staff consists of a Professional Engineer (P.E.), a Licensed Land Surveyor (P.L.S.), Licensed Designers (LD), a Certified Professional In Erosion & Sediment Control (CPESC), a Certified Erosion, Sediment, and Storm Water Inspector (CESSWI), a Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design Accredited Professional (LEED AP), a Permit Technician, Survey/Field Crew, AutoCAD Drafters, and an Office Manager.

Our diverse staff is capable of handling all aspects of the design and permitting process from start to finish.  This includes land planning, site evaluations, on-site septic designs, municipal water/wastewater connections, road and driveway design, wetlands evaluations, stormwater and erosion control design, and property line surveys.  In addition, we handle all aspects of the state and local permitting process and provide representation at local and Act 250 hearings.
